I've heard stories for the last year or so about rising violence in SA and plan on using my intended trip to the World Cup as an opportunity to express my beliefs to local J'Burg officials about cleaning up their act. I know tourist dollars may not mean a lot, but I feel like the energy could help in raising awareness and changing perspectives. But we can't act on what we don't know, so thanks again.
