We’ve posted two previous videos of Adam Charlton, a Brit who runs the 400 meters but seems to now be transitioning into modeling and bodybuilding. He certainly enjoys showing off for the camera. Can’t say I blame him.

You all are lifters! This kids a young runner. Long twitch more than short twitch. Defined, yes. He’s seems to be the original hard gainer for mass but shit he need to run for now. He can start lifting/body building serious once he retires. Hope so anyways
