		<description>Bronco fans and owner Pat Bowlen seemed to tolerate the dismal performances over the last several years, I think, out of respect for the two championships he was instrumental in achieving.  

However, don&#039;t completely dismiss his ability to draft.  Shanahan plucked several 1000 yard rushers out of late round drafts.  He has also drafted a great O-line.  Yes defense is his weakness, but no body will argue that the Portis/Bailey trade wasn&#039;t a nice move.

Well an era ends here in Denver, but hopefully something great sits on the horizon for this young team.</description>
