Bolt is int’l press’ athlete of the year

While most Americans have been fawning over Michael Phelps since the Olympics, the International Sports Press Association has named Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt their Athlete of the Year. Phelps finished second. Both athletes had tremendous years, but I would have personally given it to Bolt as well. His world-record sprint in Beijing in the 100-meter was something I’ll remember all my life. And his time in the 200-meter, besting a world record that was supposed to stand for decades, was shocking. Plus, he can dance…

Olympic pole vault champion Yelena Isinbayeva was named the group’s sportswoman of the year.

Yo, did you notice about halfway through that vid that Asafa Powell came on stage to break it down with Bolt :?:

At one point he was shaking his booty at Bolts crotch. Even though he kept it at a “manly” distance  , it was totally hot :!:

Phelps is much better looking and should have won. There will be faster sprinters, but no one will ever win 8 gold medals again. A bias against swimming.

    Phelps is da man!

I think there was some anti-Americanism here as well. Poor Phelps. I thought Obama was suppose to make everything better?
