		<description>LOL   A sticks of butter has approx 88 grams of fat 1/3 of them sat. fat and pure death for your coronary arteries.  These 2 examples above have almost the equavilent of 1.5 - 2 sticks of butter.  Now I grew up on a dairy farm and like butter a lot but rarely eat it (popcorn/pancakes) and holy crap 2 sticks at once would give a guy a gall bladder attack. 
Yes, GOOD pizza from a mom and pop pizzaria.  One big cheese and garlic slice (and a salad) 2x per month.  It&#039;s not just the fat in a guys diet but also the white flower carbs and simple sugars particularly high fructose corn syrup that are bad news too.  Check out Nurition Action Health Letter/Center for Science in the Public Interest.  They rock.  
Oh, I am a good cook/really good at the grill and do enjoy BBQing especially marinated pork roasts or a big ol&#039; London broil.</description>
