@mikemaz — it’s easy money and if you have fun doing it, then hey, why not? That’s the lure. Fast and easy. These sites like Fratmen pay 3 and 4 g’s for a hot guy to jerk off. The site owners are making hundreds of thousands a year off these sites. They pay these guys money like this in hopes to get them back for some gay sex videos later on…..they lure them in then with double the money they got for their first solo shoots.

Hey, I’d do it, but not if I was a star athlete or was hoping for a career future in what I excelled in most.

These two may be pretty and have big dicks, but apparently they ran short in the brain department if they actually believed that this would never get out or be seen by anyone in their school or on their athletic team. DUH.

The NCAA DIV I manual, dated 2008-09 :

12.4 EMPLOYMENT

12.4.1 Criteria Governing Compensation to Student-Athletes. Compensation may be paid to a student-athlete:
(a) Only for work actually performed; and
(b) At a rate commensurate with the going rate in that locality for similar services.

12.4.1.1 Athletics Reputation. Such compensation may not include any remuneration for value or utility
that the student-athlete may have for the employer because of the publicity, reputation, fame or personal following
that he or she has obtained because of athletics ability.

So basically, they were within regulations and should have been paid a Nebraska porn stars’ wage, no more or less as long as they promoted the film under a pseudonym without referencing their collegiate career, which it sounds like they did.

JerryD is correct. A.Pat, he didn’t get anything “free”. His modeling is considered work. As for NU, it has everything to do with image. I has nothing to do with past violations. Schools in the Big 12 have suspended co-eds for nude magazine shoots.

as a former wrestler, for a guy as good as donahoe, wrestling is a way of life. i understand that paul has always been an academic all american too, which isn’t surprising as successful wrestling requires as much brains as brawn.

i only hope his fratmen stint doesn’t get in the way of his working in the sport after he graduates. teaching and coaching can be a damn satisfying life.

my high school wrestling coach was also my AP English lit teacher: one of the smartest guys I know.
