We have periodically posted videos of Adam Charlton, a former 400-meter runner with an amazing body who likes to show it off on YouTube. His latest defines what “being ripped” means, as you’ll see when he takes off his shirt.
Yeah, he needs to hit the beer and pizza and gain 15lbs. to cover the veins up and smooth out the edges. Nice hams but he’s got the curse of the skinny calf’s like most of the rest of us. What I really wanted to see is his (skinny?) muscle bubble. Shame he works legs so hard and doesnt show off his best asset.
I hate that when I go to the beach and see someone whether it be male or female have either a beautiful upper body and have a shitty lower body.
Soccer has kept my lower body muscular and make legs themselves are nice and strong. I only started working my upper body about 2 years ago and it’s gotten nice. Protein formula helps me considerably. It’s a joy to dance pecs. I reckon I can cha-cha them to the macarena one day.

ok, it IS impressive… but honestly I don’t think it would be possible to be as impressed with him as he is with himself.

I wonder if he can have with any man other than himself! I’d offer– if he could put down the mirror for a while.
