Lakers nearly blow 22-point lead, eliminate Jazz. Nuggest pound Hornets by 58.- San Jose Sharks one of the few No. 1 seeds to ever lose in the first round.
- Will next year’s NFL Draft start Thursday??
- Another lesson in taxpayers building teams a stadium: Colts won’t be giving back any money to help the City of Indianapolis. Maybe tax-paying fans should return the favor.

Hmmm….a #1 seed has lost to a #8 several times since going to the current format back in ’94…an upset, but not incredibly unusual.

r.e. the City of Indianapolis. Well, the taxpayers of Indianapolis didn’t vote to build the new stadium. The Colts, the Capital Improvement Board, the State Legislature, and the City built that stadium. Now the citizens of Indianapolis are facing higher food, beverage, and hotel taxes to pay for it. All the parties involved in building this thing knew that there wouldn’t be enough money to operate it, yet it was built anyway. A little research will show you this. The tax payers are already paying for it. The Colts want a shrine, then they should pay for the shrine and leave me out of it.
