The nation is showing with the recent election that there is a paradigm shift taking place in this country. With each passing election cycle, more and more of that old conservative guard will by dying away and those who have grown up in this more diverse society will make the Tony Dungys of the world a non factor. Sure I disagree with him on this issue but seriously...this whole story criticizing him for reaching out to Michael Vick is ridiculous. I’m not worried about Tony Dungy. Dungy is probably one of the more dangerous people to gays in that he is widely respected. He is far more dangerous, at least in my opinion, than the Fred Phelps of the world...most people know or think he and his clan are loons.
