Olympic gold medalist has taped a video encouraging people to participate in the 2010 Gay Games in Cologne, Germany. Not much to it, but Mitcham has not shied away from working with the gay sports movement.

Now I’m REALLY curious to see if Mitcham competes in the Gay Games or if he goes at all.

Matthew will not be attending the Games due to his heavy training and competition schedule leadigng up to World Champs and 2012 Olmypics.
It is because of this that he generously offered to give his time to endorse the Federation of Gay Games and the next Gay Games in Cologne as a way of showing his support. He was not paid for this
