Show tied for 862nd in the weekly cable ratings, placing it just behind a 3:30 a.m. showing of Brandy and Mr. Whiskers on The Disney Channel. Yikes...pretty bad when you are tied with a show called Brandy and Mr. Whiskers; something mind you I have never even heard of. Anywho...I must admit though the second episode was very touching to me with the scenes he had with his grandmother who was suffering with Alzheimer's. But overall the show is a hot mess. I think I'm still gonna watch because I kind of like train wrecks, but apparently I'm only one of a few who is watching. Oh well...Friends and Seinfeld was consistently in the top 5 of Nielsen ratings for years and I thought both shows were absolute bores! So Nielsen ratings don't mean crap to me. Owens has offered up a self-serving explanation for the situation, also via Twitter: "those ratings r misleading, it's based on a special box tht calculates those ratings n which every household doesn't have." Uhhhh...ok T.O. if thats how ya want to spin it. UPDATE:
