A video is making the rounds that is turning lots of heads. It’s of MMA fighter B.J. Penn jumping out of a 3-foot-deep pool. Next weekend I’m going to track down a pool and try it myself. Is it that impressive? I’m assuming it is, since so many seem blown away by it. Check out the video after the jump.

I have a pool in my courtyard and some extra HD film…is this BJ’s coming out video? His friends look kind of suspect.

It’s pretty difficult, and gets harder as a person gets shorter, but it’s definitely doable and more than three have done it.

Also saw a video of some NFL player doing this, so it’s not unique.
