Oh boy. First the defending Super Bowl champion quarterback appeared at the ESPYs looking like he’s put on 50 pounds. Now, Ben Roethlisberger has been named the defendent in a sexual assault civil suit brought by Andrea McNulty, an employee at Harrah’s in Reno, Nev. Roethlisberger’s lawyer denied the accusation and pointed out that no criminal complaint has been filed. McNulty said the attack took place last July.
On a lighter note, Big Ben will be the first to challenge Shaquille O’Neal in his wacky new reality series “Shaq vs.,” in which Shaq goes up against elite athletes in their sport. I can’t wait to see Shaq take on Michael Phelps. Shaq in a Speedo? Hmmmm.

Note in his statement, he didn’t deny the sex he just denied the assault.

But really, I’m always amazed by celebs/pro athletes/politicians, who have the ladies lining up to throw themselves at them, and who still need to force themselves on women, or get involved with other peoples wives, etc etc.
