Brett Favre to sign with Minnesota Vikings

Here we go again. Just a couple weeks after Brett Favre announced he’s pretty much definitely retired for good, he’s expected to sign with the Minnesota Vikings this afternoon.

After all of the nonsense, after all the bullshit, Favre is just gonna do what we all pretty much knew he would do in the first place: Put Brett Favre first. I still don’t believe he gives the Vikings a better chance to win the Super Bowl. PLEASE may they lose to Detroit in Week 2!!

Today the Vikings were mathematically eliminated from any chance of winning the Super Bowl.

    I still don’t get it.

Didn’t anyone see him play for the Jets last year? Or give away a playoff game for the Packers against the Giants the year before with an overtime interception a rookie shouldn’t throw?

And at soon to be 40 years old he’s getting worse, not better.

My condolences to Vikings fans. You weren’t going to win anything this year anyway. But all this does is further delay (by at least a year if not more) any possible progress the Vikings might have made moving forward.

Am I really rooting for “Hilarious” Jackson to be the Vikes starting QB?

    Favre… just Flippin’ retire already!

    Great points, Mike.
Favre is not a 16-game QB anymore and the Vikings are making a huge mistake. And Favre is the biggest drama queen in sports.
