he just called a la laker “cute”‘ today, the one dating maria sharpova…his name is sasha vujacic.

so he’s not a homophobe. he just made a joke. and this girl is tougher than most dudes. its just a joke, no need to cry wolf over something so innocent.

PTI is one of my favorite shows. I didn’t know who Adam Lambert was until I figured out from reading this that he’s the gay guy from that singing contest show I never watch. I think Tony’s line is hilarious. Lighten up, folks

Are you fuckin kidding me? I watch PTI every day of the week and Kornheiser meant no harm at all by that comment. He’s actually the most gay-friendly guy I have ever seen on ESPN. He’s follows American Idol religiously and is a fan of Adams. His favorite show is Glee for god’s sake. And this is a sports man in his 60′s we’re talking about. That comment wasn’t an attack to the gays, he only said it b/c her last name happens to be Lambert and she IS probably tougher than Adam. Even Adam will tell you that. God, it’s so sad how people automatically think someone is attacking the gay community anytime they mention a gay person.

I think everyone should go back and read Wayne’s comment.

This overly-sensitive reaction to Kornheiser’s comment is further evidence of the total pussyfication of alot of gay people! Lighten up a little! If we keep reacting to every little innocent remark we’ll eventually not get any attention at all…like the boy who cried wolf. Save your hand-wriinging for something important!

It should be noted (and I should have done it in the article – I just forgot) that the PTI guys talk about American Idol more than any other sports show I’ve ever seen because Kornheiser likes the show. So PTI viewers probably do know who Adam Lambert is. Still, I wasn’t impressed with the joke.
