Texas kicker Hunter Lawrence has an original nickname (“kicker”), his sports hero is NFL kicker Jason Elam, his favorite movie is “Gladiator” and his favorite band is Cross Canadian Ragweed. The 6-foot, 187-pound senior is now a hero to Longhorn fans everywhere after his 46-yard field goal at the gun beat Nebraska, 13-12, to send Texas into the BCS title game against Alabama.
The website Busted Coverage earlier this season came up with several shots of a Lawrence cavorting shirtless. Not that we’re complaining:
