Golden State Warriors first gay night March 11

The San Francisco Gay Basketball Association, and one of their member teams, the Rock Dogs, are hosting the first-ever gay night at a Golden State Warriors game on March 11 when the Warriors host the Portland Trailblazers. Tickets are $25 and include the chance to play basketball at Oracle Arena. In addition to the gays in attendance, the Oakland East Bay Gay Men’s Chorus will perform the National Anthem, and there will be a halftime performance by Cheer SF.

It’s great to see the Warriors embrace the event by having the gay groups perform during the game; Kudos to everyone involved.
